Curing
After the selection process, we then begin to salt the skins. Once salted, we place them in cold storage.
Skins arrive daily from slaughterhouses to our facilities, where a pre-selection is made. The skins are kept at cold temperatures at all times and in optimal conditions, and are completely covered in salt for proper curing.
This process, like the others, is key to the proper curing of the skins. Painstakingly caring for every detail is the key to fulfil our commitment: to sell a product of the utmost quality.
